A South Korean official has been shot ineffective and burned by North Korean troops, talked about the South’s defence ministry which condemned the “brutal act”.

Seoul talked about the particular person had disappeared from a patrol boat near the border and was later found throughout the North’s waters.

North Korean troopers shot him, then poured oil over his physique and set it aflame, the ministry talked about. It had come to this conclusion based totally on “quite a few intelligence sources”.

Pyongyang has however to answer.

It’s the second time North Korea has reportedly killed a civilian from the South.
