Award-winning sport designer Sam Barlow is cooking up a pitch for a spiritual successor to Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, which he served as lead designer and creator on in 2009. However, the pitch shouldn’t be going to be for Konami nor will it use the Silent Hill IP.Barlow, who’s most interesting acknowledged for his award-winning video video games like Her Story and Telling Lies, teased on Twitter that he’s engaged on a pitch for a Shattered Recollections follow-up. Speaking to IGN, Barlow clarified exactly what this pitch entails.

“[W]e have a sport we’re searching for to make which may very well be very quite a bit ‘what was explicit about [Shattered Memories]?’ ‘how would you’re taking that extra now?’” Barlow says. “Like Outer World’s sort out Fallout, or Bloodstained’s sort out Castlevania, and plenty of others. So it’s not a Konami or branded Silent Hill issue.”Barlow moreover says that it’s going to include lessons he’s found from Her Story, Telling Lies, and his upcoming Problem A and roll them once more into a 3rd particular person sport experience.
