Kennedy’s girlfriend, Raquel Leviss, weighed in on the controversy as successfully, calling the situation “so ridiculous.”
“Since working as a waitress at SUR for two years have always taken a break as soon as I’ve wanted one and always gotten paid fairly,” she tweeted. “It has in no way been a problem. This lawsuit merely doesn’t seem correct to me.”

Hanson is asking for a jury trial and looking for damages for all wages earned and owed.
In an announcement to Internet web page Six, Sur authorized professionals denied Hanson’s allegations.
“The company takes employee compensation very severely and has intensive insurance coverage insurance policies and procedures in place to regulate to the wage authorized tips,” be taught the assertion. “We care deeply for our workers and are devoted to providing them with trustworthy and aggressive compensation that’s completely compliant with the laws.”
